What you’ll do Inventory management: Using our software and hardware tools, receive, log and store client inventory—scanners, bar codes, laptops, iPads Monitor incoming orders, picking, labeling and preparing them for shipment Work with common carriers for shipment—FedEx, UPS, USPS Program and troubleshoot electronics similar to gaming consoles Ownership of the process: Troubleshoot problems Follow current operating procedures, working with the team to improve as needed Ensure product meets quality requirements Operate warehousing equipment such as a forklift or pallet jack, working at heights up to 16 feet Who you are We are an energetic and creative bunch and have high expectations for all of our employees. In addition to being fun to work with, we would like to hire someone with the following experience, skills, and attributes: Intermediate computer skills—ability to use established inventory system, create and prepare documents. Word, Excel, inventory systems Familiarity and experience with basic programming of gaming consoles, similar electronics 2 years of general work experience, preferably with general warehousing, picking, receiving Experience working within relatively tight fulfillment production standards Good communication skills—experience communicating internally and externally using email and phone Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks based on High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, push carts up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts, use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around and go up and down stairs (where applicable) Not for you if You don’t like being on the move all day You’re not organized You’re quick to point out problems but slow to build solutions Benefits PTO Medical Dental Vision 401(k) Life insurance Long term disability #J-18808-Ljbffr PINNACLE
