CNC Machinist

CNC Machinist1st Shift Pay is $23-$32/hour We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. In this role, you will operate and set up CNC machines to manufacture high-precision components while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with HAAS, Akira Seiki, and Doosan machines, a solid understanding of machining processes, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.DutiesSet up and operate CNC machines.Read blueprints, tooling and set up.Set-up, edit and run all facets of work assigned.Inspect and measure parts to maintain in-process controls charts.Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions and adjust machine controls as needed.Ensure company procedures and "best machine practices" are being followed and are always in place.Perform machine maintenance as required.Ability to read and interpret drawings, work instructions, routers and other documentation as needed. Ability to respond to common inquiries; ability to listen and get clarification.Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.Punctuality and Strong work ethic.ExperienceProven experience in CNC machining, preferably with HAAS, AKIRA SEIKI, AND DOSSAN.
