Version 4.x SME for IBM Image Services support Version 4.x SME for IBM P8 (all engines, etc...) SME for IBM Enterprise System Monitor (ESM) 5.2.x FSM (ECM System Monitor), 4.0.1-002 interim fix 1 (FSM Servers in CUT & PRD only, FSM Agents all environments) Team Lead Tasks Daily Production system support Daily Non-Production system support Project allocation and support SME Daily client interaction (for problem resolution, steady state, status meetings, and project work) PMR / trouble ticket creation and support (and escalations) AD Group Ownership Remedy owner/approver for the DMS Team" Master 7 min 2 yr Degree min.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
