Division Head of Pediatric Gastroenterology Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: $340,000.00 – $340,000.00 Location: Henry Ford Health, Detroit, MI Lead and expand a nationally recognized Pediatric Gastroenterology program with Henry Ford Health, one of the country’s premier health systems. The Division Head will serve as the clinical, administrative, and academic leader of pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology, pancreatology, and nutrition, shaping a rapidly growing academic program in Detroit. Responsibilities Lead and expand the pediatric gastroenterology program. Serve as Division Head of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Pancreatology, and Nutrition. Manage clinical activities (80% of the time) and administrative functions (20% of the time). Grow the division from 5 to 11 pediatric gastroenterologists. Collaborate with established adult GI and transplant teams. Develop centers of excellence in IBD, nutrition, celiac disease, and hepatobiliary disease. Teach and mentor residents and medical students. Maintain faculty appointments with Michigan State University and Wayne State University. Qualifications Board certification in Pediatric Gastroenterology (ABP) required. Completion of an ACGME‑accredited Pediatric GI fellowship required. Experience in leading a pediatric gastroenterology program preferred. Strong leadership, teaching, and research skills.
