OBCHODNÍ ZÁSTUPCE JUNIOR
Hledáme ambiciózního a motivovaného jedince, který se chce zapojit do světa prodeje a stát se součástí našeho týmu jako obchodní zástupce junior. Jestliže máte tu správnou obchodní energii, jste komunikativní a nebojíte se vyhledávat a navazovat nové obchodně-pracovní vztahy, najdete u nás to správné místo. V čem práce obchodního zástupce juniora spočívá? Nejprve budete s naší podporou řádně zaškoleni do problematiky obchodu, polygrafie a chodu naší společnosti. Do začátku dostanete prvotní portfolio klientů a postupně jej budete aktivně rozvíjet. V rámci přípravy nabídek budete připravovat kalkulace a budete se podílet na cenotvorbě. Nezbytnou součástí bude komunikace napříč odděleními a spolupráce např. s obchodními asistentkami, oddělením nákupu, technologií, výrobním oddělením atd. Samozřejmostí bude časté cestování za účelem obchodních schůzek s klienty. Co Od Vás Očekáváme Schopnost se spolehlivě a rychle naučit velké množství nových informací z oboru. Silné komunikační dovednosti a reprezentativní vystupování. Energie a odhodlání překonávat výzvy, nezastavíte se před prvním odmítnutím. Proaktivní přístup k prodeji a schopnost identifikovat a využít nové příležitosti. Anglický jazyk na úrovni umožňující obchodní komunikaci. Další jazyky, zejména němčina, jsou velmi vítány. Zájem o vzdělávání v oblasti prodeje a polygrafického průmyslu. Schopnost pracovat samostatně i v týmu a přizpůsobit se různým obchodním situacím. Řidičský průkaz skupiny B a ochotu často cestovat. Nejprve poskytujeme smlouvu na dobu určitou, nicméně naším cílem je navázat dlouhodobé pracovní vztahy, a proto doufáme v oboustrannou spokojenost a prodloužení na dobu neurčitou. Můžete se spolehnout na kompletní zaškolení do této Vaší nové funkce. Zpočátku nastavíme fixní odměnu, později po plném zaučení přidáme složku odměňování na základě výkonu.
