Safety Specialist

HazTek is seeking experienced Safety Specialists near Boston, MA to support our growing commercial construction projects. If you're passionate about making an impact, driving compliance, and building a culture where every worker goes home safe, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects ensuring OSHA compliance
• Conducting daily safety meetings
• Completing accident reports and conducting accident investigations
• Ensuring all personnel wear their personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Performing daily safety audits and inspections
• Inspecting power tools and heavy equipment

Qualifications include:

• Minimum 5+ years of direct construction safety experience required
• Active OSHA 30 in Construction required
• Active OSHA 510 and or OSHA 500 is highly preferred
• Active BCSP certification is a plus
• First Aid/CPR certified
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards
• Working knowledge of data centers, mission critical builds, and or pharmaceutical safety protocols
• Must have experience in Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation
• Excellent verbal and written skills

Pay Range: $90,000 - $115,000
