Senior IT User Support Analyst - On-Call & Flexible Hours

State of Oregon

State of Oregon's Disability Determination Service is seeking an IT User Support Analyst to act as the highest-level technical expert for network issues and disability case processing systems. You will detect, analyze, and resolve problems across hardware, software, and network environments while providing training and support to staff.
