Engineering Technician I

Engineering Technician I position at Medtronic's North Haven, Connecticut manufacturing facility. The role provides technical support for production equipment and processes, partnering with engineering and operations teams to maintain performance, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Monitor manufacturing equipment and instruments for proper operation and performance
Collect and document operating, calibration, inspection, testing, and repair data
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize production disruptions
Analyze deviations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
Support compliance with quality, safety, and GMP standards

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, or instrumentation
Experience collecting, documenting, and analyzing operational data
Ability to troubleshoot equipment and process-related problems
Experience working within established procedures and quality requirements
Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire
