Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a full time, Human Resources Generalist to join our team!The HR Generalist serves as a key member of the Human Resources team, balancing full-cycle recruitment with critical HR operational responsibilities. This role is responsible for attracting top talent, ensuring accurate and compliant onboarding administration, maintaining employee records and policy documentation, producing workforce reports, supporting employee benefits inquiries, and helping drive efficient HR processes.Approximately 60% of the role is dedicated to talent acquisition and recruiting activities, while the remaining 40% focuses on onboarding administration, compliance, employee records, HR reporting, policy management, and operational support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition· Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions from requisition approval through offer acceptance.· Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.· Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for clinical, operational, and corporate positions.· Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication throughout the hiring process.· Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.· Monitor recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.· Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.· Provide timely updates regarding requisition status, interviews, candidate movement, and hiring activity.· Ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects Ivy Fertility's culture and values.Onboarding Administration & Employee Records· Own the HR onboarding administration process to ensure all newly hired employees are accurately established within Paycom and related HR systems.· Ensure all required new hire documentation, acknowledgments, tax forms, direct deposit information, policy signoffs, and employment records are completed, maintained, and compliant with company requirements.Benefits Support· Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits-related inquiries (tier 1).· Provide guidance to employees regarding benefits programs and direct employees to appropriate resources and vendor partners as needed.HR Reporting & Workforce Data Administration· Own the preparation and distribution of the quarterly HR Dashboard and other recurring workforce reports.· Collect, compile, validate, and maintain workforce data from HR systems and other sources.· Track and report key workforce metrics, including headcount, turnover, hiring activity, retention, absenteeism, overtime, and other organizational metrics as requested.Policy Administration & Compliance· Ensure policy, handbook, and required employment documentation remain current and aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.· Maintain employee handbook and company policy documentation in partnership with HR leadership.· Coordinate policy revisions, updates, employee communications, and acknowledgment campaigns.· Manage the upload and maintenance of employee handbooks, center policies, forms, and required employee communications within Paycom.· Ensure employees have access to current policy documentation and track required acknowledgments as needed.Annual HR Programs & Special Projects· Support the annual merit review process, including worksheet administration, data validation, tracking, and related employee record updates.· Support employee data audits, workforce reconciliations, and reporting requests as directed by HR Business Partners and HR leadership.· Coordinate and fulfill employee data audits, reconciliations, and workforce information requests while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion.QualificationsRequired· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.· 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.· Experience managing full-cycle recruitment.· Experience working with HRIS, ATS, and HR technology platforms.· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and workforce reporting.· Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.· Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.Preferred· Healthcare, medical practice, or multi-site experience.· Paycom experience preferred.· Experience supporting workforce reporting and HR operations.·
