Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 1–3 years of accounts receivable, billing, or general accounting experience preferred Experience with ERP or billing systems required Proficiency with Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Basic understanding of accounting principles Experience with contract-based billing preferred Strong problem-solving and collections skills

Job Duties: Create and maintain customer accounts within the ERP/billing system Enter and update customer demographic and account information accurately Review and process customer contracts in coordination with the sales team Communicate with sales representatives regarding contract updates and discrepancies Generate accurate customer invoices based on contract terms Perform collections activities, including contacting customers regarding outstanding balances Respond to customer inquiries related to invoices, payments, and account status Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies Support monthly billing cycles, including recurring invoicing and account maintenance Maintain organized records using ERP systems and Google Sheets Assist with month-end accounts receivable closing activities
