Project Engineer - Land Development

Project Engineer – Land DevelopmentCompany is seeking a qualified Project Engineer with 4+ years of experience to work in the Land Development Department in our Melville, New York office for an immediate start.The work includes site/civil design and permitting for residential, multi-family, commercial, industrial and retail projects.Responsibilities/Top Skills/Qualifications:Design, permit and construction plans & specificationsSite planningGrading and drainageKnowledge of local permitting agencies and regulations a benefitClient & contractor coordinationAutoCAD / Civil3DProficient in Microsoft OfficeGood verbal communication, written communication, and organizational skillsManagement Responsibilities:Management and training of staffBilling / collectionsProposalsNYS PE license preferredCandidates must have a valid driver's license and be willing and able to commute to our Melville office for this on-site position (non-remote). Non-local candidates are encouraged to apply and relocation assistance may be available where appropriate. The interview process is succinct.
