Job Description

·         Lead and manage all manufacturing engineering and maintenance personnel across the facility

·         Champion continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles to reduce scrap and waste

·         Manage and oversee capital expenditure projects, equipment upgrades, budgets, and P&L performance

·         Directly supervise three reports including one Manufacturing Engineer and two Maintenance employees

·         Drive plant KPI achievement and improve production metric goals for the Tier 2 automotive facility

·         Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) program strategies to minimize equipment failures and reduce downtime

Key Requirements 

·                     BS degree required

·                     Proficiency with ERP/SAP software and familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes is highly preferred

·                     Demonstrated experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and project management; ability to effectively multi-task is essential
