Administrative Support - Wellness Center Part Time - Day Job Description Customer Service : Fulfills responsibilities in a caring manner with members, community members, staff, and guests. Office Operations : Performs front desk operations and child care attendant as requested; answers and responds to incoming telephone calls and inquiries; performs all related new member responsibilities; performs point of sale and pro shop operation; schedules new member enrollment appointments. Marketing : Responsible for providing information on all special programs for and individual and corporate memberships; accountable for providing information on individual and corporate memberships. Requirements : Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent; proven communication skills and interpersonal skills; experience working with management, professionals, and general public; experience in customer service; maintain current CPR certification; must have knowledge and skills needed to proficiently serve the people with a caring attitude; basic computer and clerical skills. Education You must have a High School Diploma, GED, or Project Search Graduate or higher. #J-18808-Ljbffr
