Call Center Lead

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time remote Call Center Lead will assist customers with Internet connectivity issues and troubleshoot technical problems across various communication channels. Key responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking guidance on Internet connectivity and related services Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and ensure a satisfactory resolution to their inquiries Required qualifications: Previous experience in a customer support role, particularly in phone, chat, and email troubleshooting Strong understanding of Internet connectivity, including knowledge of modems, routers, and device settings Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service practices Ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends, in a 24/7 operation Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Virtual Vocations Inc
