What You’ll Do The Service Manager (Maintenance) is responsible for performing and overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations of the assigned property, ensuring that the overall physical aspects meet company standards and applicable laws. Your Day-to-day Schedule, monitor, and perform preventative maintenance at the assigned property. Coordinate daily maintenance operations of the property. Direct and supervise daily activities of the maintenance team, including planning work schedules, assigning tasks, delegating work, monitoring progress and workflow, reviewing work for timeliness and accuracy, and appraising performance. Train and coach all maintenance team members. Requirements What You Bring Comprehension of federal fair housing laws and applicable local housing provisions. Ability to comprehend and work within budgetary guidelines. Knowledge of general property repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural work, appliances, etc.). Compensation The expected compensation range for this position is $28.00 – $30.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay if eligible.
