Collaborate with the sales department to drive marketing strategies and adjust as necessary to meet sales goals. Provide leadership and coordination for the marketing team. Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager and managing integrated marketing campaigns.
