Accounts Payable Clerk

Vacancy Type: 3 months with possibility of extension or Conversion to Permanent Pay Rate: $23.90 per hour without benefits Core Responsibility Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for the client. This includes high-volume data entry, 3-way matching, routing invoices for approval, processing check runs, handling vendor setup, preparing month-end accruals, and assisting with 1099/unclaimed property compliance. Must-Have Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED. Experience: 1+ years of high-volume, computerized Accounts Payable processing. Tax Knowledge: Solid understanding of IRS Forms W-9 and 1099. Accounting Basics: Familiarity with period-end accruals and 3-way matching. Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and 10-key by touch. Preferred Extras 2+ years of AP experience. Experience with Dynamics GP (Great Plains).
