The Role The ESBP role at Veeva is fiercely customer-centric—our "customers" being the internal managers and teams they lead. Those who are successful in this role bring a General Manager's mindset to concepts like talent density and business velocity. Because Veeva managers own the employee lifecycle, your role is not to do the work for them, dictate how they manage the teams they lead, or define talent success on their behalf. Instead, you will empower manager independence, guiding them to drive their own solutions through critical thinking and autonomy. This stems from a deep understanding of the business.
