HR Business Partner

Location: Irving, TX, US Job Description Experience: Senior Level Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year Job Details Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience. Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or operations-based environments. Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices. Experience managing employee relations investigations and performance management processes. Demonstrated recruiting experience for both hourly and exempt-level positions. Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills. Preferred: HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP). OSHA or safety-related experience. Multi-site HR support experience. Experience supporting a geographically dispersed workforce. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
