Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments using strength-based approaches for new patients and their families, ensuring that individual differences and needs are respected and addressed.

• Manage administrative tasks efficiently, including documentation, billing, and treatment planning, ensuring compliance with insurance requirements and regulatory standards.

• Develop crisis intervention plans, safety protocols, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to support clients in maintaining their mental health and achieving their goals.

• Create comprehensive discharge plans that outline ongoing support and resources for clients transitioning from formal therapy.

• Strictly adhere to all federal and state laws, as well as NEHS policies and procedures, to ensure ethical and quality care.

• Commit to continuous professional growth by participating in training, attending workshops, and pursuing ongoing education opportunities in the field of mental health.

• Engage in regular case consultations and agency meetings to collaborate with peers and enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

• Complete all licensure and mandatory training requirements as stipulated for mental health professionals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be responsible for tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring they receive the compassionate care necessary for their healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies for licensing as a mental health professional.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

Preferred Experience\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on your level of experience and licensure.
