Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with patients across Rochester, New York, and beyond. Our work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed to accommodate patient schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York is essential.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, emphasizing work with elderly clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
