Job Title Creative Strategist Location Remote – anywhere in the world Commitment Full‑time About Us & Your Role We’re a fast‑growing DTC wellness brand scaling to $100,000+ per day. We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can take full ownership of our creative pipeline – increasing output, improving win rate, and building the team, systems, and structure needed to scale sustainably. Why Us Performance Bonuses: Get rewarded directly for performance (percentage of ad spend, uncapped) Paid Learning & Growth: Instant access to our course library worth $20K+ and investment in any programs, mentors, or resources you desire Remote & Flexible Schedule: Work from anywhere on your own schedule Direct Collaboration with the Founder: Work directly with the Founder/CEO Full Autonomy & Ownership: Lead the entire creative process – from idea to execution – without red tape or micromanagement Key Responsibilities Ideate & execute creative iterations and net new ad concepts Write high‑performing copy for your ad concepts Ideate & execute performance landing pages (advertorials, listicles, etc.) Analyze creative performance, do market research, and uncover winning angles Build and maintain creative systems (Notion, GSheets, swipe files, etc.) Help recruit and grow the creative team (editors, UGC, designers, etc.) Lead and manage the execution pipeline across all creative roles Requirements 3+ years in direct response creative strategy, ideally in high‑spend environments ($1MM+ per month) Deep experience in both creative strategy and copywriting Proven ability to translate insights into high‑performing creatives that deliver revenue impact Strong understanding of direct‑response marketing Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, high‑output startup environment Compensation Competitive base + large performance incentives (percentage of ad spend, uncapped) #J-18808-Ljbffr Bellezza LLC
