Medical Receptionist

Were hiring a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to support patients at a busy Clinton Township location. This position is approximately 50% patient/phone interaction and 50% administrative support. Responsibilities: Assist patients in person and over the phone Schedule appointments and coordinate clinical staff schedules Verify insurance benefits, authorizations, and referrals Process and track patient orders Maintain medical records and documentation Provide compassionate service to patients of all ages What Were Looking For: 1+ years of recent Healthcare experience in a similar position Experience with Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, HAP, Blue Cross, or DME is a strong plus Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to remain calm with frustrated or stressed patients Strong computer, organization, and problem-solving skills Reliable attendance and ability to work independently Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Clemens, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
