Part Time School Based position for an Occupational Therapist for the 2026-27 school year. Caseload is primarily mild to moderate. Key Details: *Located in Lombard, IL *Elementary caseload, 1-2 schools *Three days per week, about 24 hours per week *School dates are 8/24/26-6/4/27 Qualifications: *Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy *Licensed or elgible in the state of IL *New grads welcomed! Travel Farther Together Referral Program: Payout is tiered. The $1,200 per clinician reward applies only after you’ve referred 10 or more clinicians who successfully contract with Ardor. Payouts are split: 50% when the referred clinician starts, and 50% when they reach the midpoint of their assignment.

License, Certification & CE Assistance: Reimbursements and assistance are offered on a case-by-case basis. Approval must be documented by your recruiting team and is not guaranteed for every clinician or assignment.

COVID-19 vaccination and testing requirements vary by facility. Ardor School and Kids adheres to the guidelines and requirements of each facility, as well as all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
