Business Development Manager
Veracity Ventures Inc.
- Drive strategic growth by identifying, qualifying, and capturing federal contracting opportunities that expand the companys portfolio across U.S. government agencies.
- Lead business development and capture efforts across the full federal procurement lifecyclerom opportunity identification through contract award
- Build and maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline aligned with company capabilities
- Develop and execute win strategies for federal opportunities
- Establish and maintain relationships with government stakeholders and industry partners
- Support proposal development including solutioning, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to inform growth strategies
- Track and report pipeline activities within CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to align capture strategies with company objectives
- 5+ years of federal business development / capture experience
- Proven success winning federal contracts (prime/subcontract)
- Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS
- Experience with GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, and GSA Schedules
- Established federal network
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance
- Experience with GovWin, SAM.gov, FPDS, USA spending
- Masters degree or APMP certification
