Quail Park of Lynnwood is looking for a Caregiver to assist in the day-to-day lives of our seniors.What You'll Do:Care Partner | Nursing Assistant | HCA | CNAReview and understand all resident individual service plans Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and ambulationEngage residents in meaningful conversation and socialization while providing personal care assistanceObserve residents for changes in physical, emotional, mental and social condition, unusual symptoms, accidents, injuries, or unusual occurrences, and report promptly to a licensed nurse and/or supervisorComplete all forms to include but not limited to incident reports, and written and computerized documentation with accuracy and attention to detailAssist with resident mealtimesMake resident beds, empty apartment trash, and tidies as neededTurn down residents’ beds as neededChange linens and towels according to community laundry schedule or as neededMaintain resident clothing and closet in neat and orderly mannerAssist in cleaning walkers, wheelchairs, etc.Assist with other housekeeping duties as neededWhat We're Looking For:Care Partner | Nursing Assistant | HCA | CNAPrevious experience working in the elderly in a residential or long-term care setting preferredAbility to or learn to take blood pressure, pulse, respiration, temperature and O2 statsMust enjoy interacting with seniorsAbility to establish effective relationships with residents, their families, and team membersMust be ablet to read, comprehend, write, and speak EnglishMust meet all health-related requirements pertaining to state licensureMust maintain current CPR/First Aid and Food Handler’s credentialsMust maintain continuing education creditsWhat We Offer:Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance (Full-Time)Retirement Plan Contribution MatchVacation and Sick TimePaid HolidaysTeam Member MealsAnd more!See our benefits here!Why Join Us?Quail Park of Lynnwood / Living Care Lifestyles offers a supportive work environment where your contributions are valued, and your professional growth is encouraged.
