Maintenance TechnicianA leading automotive manufacturing facility is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support both production equipment and facility operations. Multiple openings are available across various maintenance disciplines and shifts. Employees enjoy a team-oriented environment, competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for long-term career growth.Competitive pay of $35.50 - $46.50/hour based on experience and skill level.$5,000 sign-on bonus plus comprehensive health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.Opportunities for career growth, advancement, and ongoing technical training.Multiple shifts available with the chance to work on advanced manufacturing and facility systems.Direct Hire position$ 35.00 to $ 45.00 / annuallyFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production and facility equipment to support daily operations.Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Diagnose and repair automation systems including PLCs, robotics, motors, conveyors, and related equipment.Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and equipment reliability.Experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial electrical and mechanical equipment.Working knowledge of PLCs, robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and automated systems.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance documentation.High School Diploma or GED required; industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or manufacturing experience preferred.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
