HOURS OF OPERATION 8AM-8PM - YOU WILL BE ASSIGNED A SHIFT INSIDE OF THESE HOURS - ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE FLEXIBLE FROM 8AM-8PM MONDAY - FRIDAY

NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI

$18.50/HR

Qualifications:

• 1 year of call center experince or retail supervisor experience
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

Ø Answers inbound calls involving questions leading regarding new policies and the service of

those policies

Ø Makes outbound calls to follow up on prospects, telemarketing calls and replies to service questions that involve research.

Ø Performs various administrative tasks such as preparing and typing memorandums and letters as a result of sales made and service questions.

Ø Communicates daily and interacts to develop positive working relations with customers, peers, team members, managers, and carriers of the products we sell and service.

Ø Builds strong relationships with their customers and contacts.

Ø Ability to give detailed explanation of the products being recommended and sold, while fulfilling the insurance needs of the clients.

Ø Provide clients with satisfactory explanations of the Carrier’s product policies and the procedures for obtaining service from the carriers.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Kingstown, RI.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
