Senior Financial Systems Lead

Job Description

The Senior Financial Systems Lead is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the firm's global financial system, Aderant, and associated applications such as Iridium, Chrome River, and Workday. Key duties include troubleshooting complex system issues, optimizing processes, coordinating system upgrades, and partnering with Finance, IT, and vendors to ensure reliable operations. The role involves translating business needs into technical solutions, developing reports, managing vendor relationships, and delivering training to end users including attorneys and legal staff.


Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent experience, with 5-7 years of financial systems expertise-preferably with Aderant or Elite-and proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office. A strong understanding of financial systems architecture and supporting integrations across disparate systems is essential. The position requires proactive use of emerging technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently or collaboratively. Physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods is also needed.


The role offers a salary range of $120,000 to $140,000, depending on experience and skillset and is based out of the following locations: San Francisco (preferred), Miami, Northern Virginia, Washington DC, Boston, San Diego, Los Angeles, Austin, Houston, Silicon Valley, Sacramento, New York, Nashville, or Palm Beach.
