This position combines sales-focused reservation support with hospitality-driven guest care, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and creating memorable vacation experiences from booking through checkout.In this role, you will assist guests with booking their vacation, answering questions about properties and amenities, modifying reservations, and providing support throughout their stay. You will work closely with multiple departments, including Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Operations, to ensure guests receive exceptional service at every stage of their experience.This full-time, on-site position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, multitasks effectively, and enjoys balancing hospitality with sales and service.At Liquid Life, we believe exceptional guest experiences begin with happy, supported employees, and we're proud to offer a collaborative, positive workplace where your contributions truly matter.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist guests with booking reservations by phone, email, chat, and text messagingAnswer questions regarding property features, amenities, rates, policies, and local area informationModify, extend, move, or cancel reservations accurately while following company policies and proceduresCommunicate with guests prior to arrival to confirm reservation details and deliver a seamless check-in experienceServe as a primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, providing prompt, professional, and hospitality-driven communicationCoordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest-ready and guest concerns are resolved quicklyHandle guest concerns, complaints, and service recovery situations with professionalism and empathyMaintain accurate reservation notes, guest records, and follow-up communicationDeliver excellent customer service to both guests and property ownersAssist with special requests, guest amenities, and celebratory experiences when neededCollaborate with team members across departments to ensure a smooth and consistent guest experienceMeet productivity, quality assurance, and communication standards established by leadershipRequired QualificationsPrevious experience in hospitality, guest services, reservations, customer service, or vacation rentals preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable using apps, software systems, phones, and computers dailyStrong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to remain professional and calm in high-pressure situationsReliable transportation and valid driver's license requiredAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededCompensation, Benefits, & ScheduleHourly Pay: $18- 20 (based on experience)Benefits Include:Paid time off (PTO) and Sick DaysHealth, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k) with company matchSchedule: Must be available on weekdays, weekends, and some holidays.
