Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Stream Mindful Medication, you will play a critical role in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), catering specifically to young adults aged 18 to 30. Your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy: Leading engaging group therapy sessions that foster connection and shared learning among clients. You will create a safe space for participants to express their experiences and provide feedback that encourages personal growth.

• Individual Therapy: Conducting one-on-one therapy to explore clients’ thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. You will develop tailored coping strategies and action plans to meet their unique needs, facilitating meaningful discussions and breakthroughs.

• Therapy Planning: Collaborating with clients to establish personalized therapy goals and develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with their aspirations and challenges.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assessing the progress of clients using various evaluation tools and feedback mechanisms to ensure the effectiveness of therapy and adjusting approaches as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will specifically focus on a diverse group of young adults facing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field.

• An active and unrestricted LPC license to practice in Pennsylvania.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health treatment, particularly in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

• A collaborative attitude and commitment to improving community mental health outcomes.

• Exceptional therapeutic skills, including proficiency in methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).

Preferred Experience\n

• Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
