Health Science Program Coordinator

Supporting the implementation of Cardiac Emergency Response Plans and national CPR initiatives, the part-time Sr. Program Coordinator, Health Science, Implementation will provide administrative and logistical assistance to achieve health impact and revenue goals while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide skilled program coordination, administrative, logistical, and clerical support to staff and volunteers Coordinate logistics for assigned events, meetings, and programs while offering day-of-event support Stay current on departmental updates and apply learned information to enhance service quality Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 5 years of relevant work experience Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Advanced project management and organizational skills with adaptability to changing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading abilities
