Your Role:
As our Sous Chef, you'll play a pivotal role in the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations and culinary excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing day-to-day culinary operations
Coordinating food and kitchenware orders
Ensuring the freshness and quality of ingredients
Assisting in the development of innovative menu items
Standardizing recipes and plate presentations
Collaborating with management to create memorable guest experiences

Proven experience in culinary arts, cooking, or related fields
Knowledge of cost and labor systems
A genuine passion for food and advanced cooking techniques
Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide the team
