Urgent Care Clinic ManagerJoin our team as an Urgent Care Clinic Manager in Albuquerque, NM.Thrive in a People-First Environment and Make Healthcare BetterThrive: We empower our team with career growth opportunities, tuition assistance, and resources that support your wellness, education, and financial well-being.People-First: We prioritize your well-being with paid time off, comprehensive health benefits, and a supportive, inclusive culture where you are valued and cared for.Make Healthcare Better: We use advanced technology to support our team and enhance patient care.Get to Know Your Team:Lovelace Medical Group is a multispecialty provider group of over 300 providers, including physicians and advanced practice providers serving a broad range of specialties and primary care.ResponsibilitiesProvide operational leadership and oversight for three urgent care locations, ensuring consistent workflows, service standards, and efficient daily operations.Lead, coach, and develop clinic staff while managing performance, staffing, employee relations, scheduling, and team effectiveness.Partner with providers and clinical teams to support patient flow, access, scheduling, and overall clinic performance.Monitor key operational and financial metrics, including patient volumes, wait times, staffing, front-end collections, billing processes, reimbursement, and productivity.Manage staffing and resources across multiple locations to maintain appropriate coverage and respond to changing patient volumes and operational needs.Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, safety, and clinical operational standards.Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, patient experience, access, and overall clinic performance.Manage operating and capital budgets while supporting the continued growth and performance of all three urgent care locations.QualificationsJob Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in a related field of studyEight (8) or more years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degreeThree (3) years of experience in the healthcare environmentTwo (2) years of leadership experiencePreferred Job Requirements:Master's Degree
