Registration Scheduler Details: Temporary position $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Job Duties: Key Responsibilities: Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments according to provider availability and department guidelines Collect and verify patient demographic, insurance, and referral information Perform pre-registration and insurance verification to ensure accuracy and eligibility Communicate appointment details, preparation instructions, and policies to patients Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system Resolve scheduling conflicts and coordinate with clinical staff as needed Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards Provide courteous, professional customer service in person and over the phone Dress Code: Scrubs, Business Casual Registration Scheduler Qualifications: 1-2 years experience as a medical receptionist and scheduler, ability to pass background and drug screening, and GED or High school diploma transcripts are required Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
