Pool Installation Lead (Seasonal) - Travel & Installations

Tarson Pools and Spas, the leading and longest-standing seller of pools and spas in Central New York, is seeking seasonal, full-time organized individuals to join our team as swimming pool/spa installers and workers. We are looking for motivated individuals to support our high-volume business in CNY. At Tarson Pools and Spas, we are your one-stop destination for all your summer fun and relaxation needs. With top-of-the-line products, knowledgeable service professionals, and over 75 years of experience, we have been helping the people of Central New York realize their backyard dreams. Responsibilities Join our team of experienced installers and service technicians as a crew leader. Interact with customers in the field and provide excellent customer service. Have a well-rounded understanding of general pool construction and be experienced in the installation of new pools, liners, and basic pool repair. Work independently or supervise others to ensure projects are completed efficiently and with high quality. Coordinate with office staff to define installation and repair schedules. Maintain a clean driving record and possess a valid NY driver's license. Daily travel to job sites required. Benefits Active team environment. Safe and drug-free workplace.
