Through a person-centered approach, the program focuses on promoting independence, community inclusion, skill development, and quality of life. Competitive Pay & Benefits $27.06/hour DailyPay – Access Your Earned Wages Before Payday Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Employee Assistance Program Wellness Programs Employee Referral Bonuses Company-Paid Training Career Growth & Development Leadership Development Programs Professional Development Opportunities Training and Certification Support Career Advancement Opportunities Opportunities Across Multiple Service Lines Mission-Driven Work Environment Meaningful Work That Matters Lead Residential Services That Change Lives Support Individuals in Achieving Greater Independence Mentor and Develop Direct Support Professionals Strengthen Communities Through Inclusion and Support Make a Difference Every Day What You'll Do Oversee the daily operations of two residential group homes Supervise, coach, and develop Lead Direct Support Professionals and Direct Support Professionals Ensure a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for individuals served Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage across assigned homes Participate in on-call responsibilities and respond to emergencies as needed Support individuals with daily living skills, personal care, community participation, and goal achievement Monitor and oversee medication administration, medical appointments, and healthcare coordination Ensure compliance with agency policies, licensing regulations, and state requirements Review documentation, progress notes, and electronic health records for accuracy and completion Conduct staff training, orientation, competency evaluations, and ongoing development activities Monitor household budgets, food supplies, consumer funds, and operational needs Serve as a liaison with families, service coordinators, community providers, and healthcare professionals Promote person-centered practices and positive outcomes for individuals supported Who We're Looking For Compassionate Dependable Leadership-Oriented Organized Team-Focused Professional Solution-Oriented Committed to Helping Others QualificationsRequired High School Diploma or GED Minimum of three years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health needs Minimum age of 21 years old Valid Non-Provisional Driver's License Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and residential locations Basic computer and internet proficiency, including electronic documentation systems Ability to successfully complete required background screenings and clearances Preferred Supervisory or management experience in residential services or human services programs Experience overseeing group homes or community residential settings Knowledge of intellectual and developmental disability services and regulations CPR and First Aid Certifications Experience with medication administration and healthcare coordination Schedule Full-Time Flexible schedule based on program needs Participation in on-call rotation required Availability for evenings, weekends, emergencies, and staffing support as needed Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, twist, and climb stairs Ability to transport individuals and travel between residential locations as needed Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation About Our Organization Resources for Human Development (RHD) is part of the Inperium family of companies.
