Role Description The Customer Service Representative role is a full‑time, 7&7 on‑site position based in Houma, LA. This role handles incoming calls, emails, and walk‑in inquiries from clients and partners, providing clear, timely information about flight schedules, services, and operational requirements. Daily tasks include managing customer records, updating booking details, coordinating with operations and dispatch teams, and resolving service issues to ensure a positive customer experience. The representative will track customer feedback, support billing and documentation inquiries, and follow established procedures to maintain high service standards. This role also assists with general office support related to customer‑facing activities and adheres to all safety and confidentiality guidelines. Qualifications Demonstrated ability in customer‑facing roles, including Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service functions. Skills in Customer Support and resolving inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Experience focusing on Customer Satisfaction and maintaining strong Customer Experience standards. Strong communication, active listening, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work on‑site in Houma, LA, in a fast‑paced operational environment. Basic proficiency with office software and customer management systems. Prior experience in aviation, oil and gas, or industrial services is a plus.
