Key Responsibilities for the Human Resources Manager: Lead full-cycle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts. Serve as the primary HR resource for employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives. Oversee performance management processes and support employee development programs. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Manage employee benefits administration and HR policies. Update and maintain employee handbook, policies, and HR procedures. Qualifications for the Human Resources Manager: 3+ years of HR Manager or HR Generalist experience. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and benefits administration.
