Job Description

Shift: 6:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. varied shifts as needed. Reporting to the Nurse Manager/Director of the Unit, provides professional nursing care within assigned unit. Coordinates care planning with other disciplines.

The Post Anesthesia Care Unit is a six-bed facility that provides Phase I recovery to over 4000 patients a year. Nurses provide professional nursing care and coordinate care planning with other disciplines for patients recovering from anesthesia.

Requirements

• RN license - N.H. state or any other compact state.
• Minimum 1-year prior PACU or critical care experience
• BCLS certified or within 30 days of hire
• CPAN or CAPA certification preferred
• BSN preferred

Pay Range: $35.00 - $63.15

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
