We want our residents to feel safe, comfortable, and supported in all aspects of their lives to include not only physical, but also emotional, social, spiritual, environmental, and intellectual well-being. Our RN's are responsible for following the resident plan of care to include administering medications/treatments and keeping detailed documentation in accordance with Rockingham County policies and State/Federal requirements. Further, they transcribe and carry out medical orders, assess and identify any change in resident status, and, as part of our team-oriented environment, keep open communication with the Unit Manager/Nursing Supervisors regarding significant issues; i.e. change in resident's condition, environment, personnel, or safety concerns.Required Education And ExperienceMust be a graduate of a state approved school of nursing and possess a valid New Hampshire RN License.Must possess qualities of leadership and have a genuine interest in geriatric nursing.Must possess ability to work harmoniously with others and delegate authority wisely.SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL:2nd Shift: $4.00/hour3rd Shift: $5.00/hourWeekend Premium: $2.00/hourEqual Employment Opportunity.
