You will receive comprehensive training, hands-on experience, and dedicated mentorship, preparing you to transition into a full-time outside sales/account manager role within an assigned territory with SunSource.What You Will DoParticipate in structured training at our headquarters where you will receive ongoing mentorship, professional development, and in-depth product trainingLearn full cycle outside sales skills and build relationships with new and existing customers to solve real-world customer problems through technical and product solutionsWork alongside experienced Account Managers on joint sales calls visiting customers on-siteWhat You Will NeedAssociate degree or technical training and 2 years of experience in a related field OR bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field. Any experience or certification in hydraulics / fluid power is a great plus.Internship or co-op experience in a sales/distribution or manufacturing environment or individuals with mechanical interest/aptitude preferredStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be outgoing, friendly, approachable to build relationships with peers and potential customers with a commitment to delivering top results in a performance-based environmentAbility to relocate to Addison, IL for 12 months of training at our corporate headquartersWhat We OfferThis is a full-time, paid position with a transition into a full-time Account Manager upon completion of the program.Flexible start date + relocation (if applicable)Competitive compensation package + bonusMedical, dental, vision insurance + 401(k)Paid vacation and holidaysCompensation: $55,000 to $65,000 / year with opportunity for bonus during the training program.
