Manage a small patient panel (~311 patients), see 15-18 patients daily, and deliver high-quality, value-based care within a team-based environment. Emphasize patient relationships, achieve quality outcomes, and minimize call responsibilities.

Qualifications & Skills

Compassionate physician with a focus on primary care, excellent patient communication, and ability to work collaboratively in a supportive setting. Prior experience in outpatient or family medicine preferred.
