Job Title: Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant with 2-4 years of experience to provide high-level administrative support. The role involves conducting research, handling information requests, and performing various clerical functions. The ideal candidate will act as an information and communication manager for the office.

• Answer phones and respond to emails.
• Enter work orders and handle filing tasks.
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and conducting basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
• File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence including faxes and emails.
• Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fast learner.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

This position is located at 333 SE 2nd Ave, Suite 2020, Miami, FL. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. A laptop will be provided for work purposes.

This is a Contract position based out of Miami, FL.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
