Spring Haven Senior Living is seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you're tired of driving from job site to job site and want the stability of working at a single location, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

Experienced HVAC professionals can earn up to $25 per hour based on qualifications and demonstrated experience.
Earn Up To $25/Hour If You Have Experience With:

Package unit replacement

Split system installation and repair

Ductwork installation and modification

Mini-split installation and service

PTAC installation and repair

HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostics

EPA Certification

Plumbing and electrical repair experience

What You'll Be Working On

• HVAC service, repair, maintenance, and installation
• Preventive maintenance of building systems and equipment
• Plumbing repairs and fixture replacement
• Basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs
• Resident service requests
• Apartment turns and renovations
• General building and grounds maintenance
• Inspections of mechanical equipment and systems
• Emergency maintenance response as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance, facilities, apartment, commercial, healthcare, or HVAC experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to safely use maintenance tools and equipment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors
• Professional attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Check
• Ability to pass a drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA Certification
