What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care including assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient conditions, treatments, and progress accurately and promptly
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with policies and protocols
• Educate patients and families on disease management and preventive care
• Support patients emotionally, advocating for respectful, compassionate care
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Stay current with medical advancements and participate in ongoing professional development

What You Need

• Licensed Registered Nurse in New Hampshire
• ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA)
• Preferred: Prior experience in internal medicine or outpatient clinics
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
