Kitchen Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, preparation, and serving of meals to our residents, ensuring compliance with dietary restrictions and preferences

• Lead and manage a team of culinary staff, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent service

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards

• Monitor inventory and ordering to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste

• Collaborate with dietary department to ensure menu planning and meal planning meet resident needs

• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high standards of food presentation and taste
