What we’re looking for: Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist within Washington state Experience working with children or adolescents, ideally in an educational or pediatric setting Familiarity with school-based therapy practices, including IEP processes and documentation Adaptability and strong organizational skills to manage diverse caseloads Commitment to collaboration with educators, clinicians, and families What you’ll do: Assess students’ physical skills and develop individualized treatment plans based on educational needs Deliver direct therapy services to help students attain or improve mobility and functional independence within the school environment Document progress and maintain compliance with school and district guidelines Consult with teachers, staff, and parents/guardians to support student success and promote best practices for physical wellness Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to contribute to IEP development and updates Provide resources and training to school staff as needed This is a contract role, ideal for Physical Therapists seeking meaningful work during the academic year while enjoying flexibility.
