Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Location: Sacramento, CA Setting: Operating Room (OR) Term: 3 months, with the possibility of extension Pay Rate: $235/hr Shift Schedule: Mix of shifts and 2 weekends per month required No Call.
Job Overview: A leading hospital in Sacramento, CA, is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join their team. You will be responsible for covering General, B&B, Orthopedic, and Neuro/Spine cases. No Cardiac or OB cases required.

Qualifications:
- Active California CRNA License
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- DEA license
- Board Certification
- Proficiency in EPIC
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments
- Educate patients and families on the anesthesia process and post-operative recovery
- Administer anesthesia via various methods (injection, inhalation, oral)
- Monitor patient vitals and adjust anesthesia levels as needed during procedures
- Ensure patient safety during recovery from anesthesia
- Maintain and calibrate anesthesia equipment
- Accurately document patient care in medical records
- Stay updated on the latest anesthesia practices and procedures
