The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to professional development and a desire to succeed in a dynamic corporate environment.Responsibilities:Handle accounts payable for multiple entities and vendorsReview and verify invoices, check requests and expense reports for accuracy and proper authorizationOversee workflows to ensure timely processing of invoicesAccurately enter invoices into multiple database systemsIdentify discrepancies and resolve processing issuesReconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and correspond with vendors as neededEstablish and maintain relationships with vendorsWork closely and build relationships with internal customers (General Managers)Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment-related inquiries in a timely mannerPerform other duties and special projects as assignedQualifications:2-3 years of experience with accounts payable or general accountingStrong Microsoft Office knowledge and skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsKnowledge of basic accounting principlesHigh degree of attention to detailAbility to work independently and prioritize tasksStrong analytic abilitiesERP experience (i.e., MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Jonas, Yardi, Ottimate, Strongroom, etc.)Degree is preferredFounded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
